User account – details
When you create a user account, you must provide the data necessary to set up theaccount: e-mail address and password. The provision of the data is voluntary, butnecessary to set up the account.
Within the framework of editing your account details, you can enter further data, inparticular data that may be used to place orders, such as your name, residential orbusiness address, VAT number, telephone number. Within the context of editing youraccount details, you can also set up your avatar, e.g. a profile picture including animage.
If you create an account through integration with a social media account, we will gainaccess to certain data stored within the social media account (name, email address,profile picture) on the basis of your prior authorisation.

However, in a situation where you havecreated an account using an integration with an account on a social networking site,the data retrieved from this social networking site cannot be modified.
The data provided by you in connection with the creation of your account is processedin order to provide you with an electronic service consisting of providing you with thepossibility to use your user account. This service is provided on the basis of a contractconcluded in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Terms andConditions, which means that, in this respect, the legal basis for the processing of yourpersonal data is Article 6(1)(b) RODO.
Your data will be stored for the duration of your account. You can decide to delete youraccount at any time, but this will not lead to the deletion of information about yourorders placed using your account from our database. Order data will be stored in ourarchive until the expiry of the statute of limitations for contractual claims / for thelifetime of the website due to ensuring that we can identify the returning customer,reconstruct their purchase history, discounts granted, etc., which is our legitimateinterest as referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
Orders – details
When placing an order, you will need to provide the data necessary to process theorder. Depending on the details of your order, the catalogue of data may be different.For example, if you are ordering physical products, we need to know the address wherewe will deliver the order to you. If you are requesting a VAT invoice for a company, weneed to know the VAT number and business address. The provision of data is voluntary,but necessary to place an order.
In addition, our system used to process your order saves your IP number, which youused when placing your order.
Each order is saved in our database, which means that your personal data assigned tothe order is also accompanied by order-related information such as the productsordered, the selected payment method, the selected delivery method and the paymentdeadline.
The data collected in connection with the order, are processed for the purpose ofperforming the contract concluded by placing the order (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b RODO),issuing an invoice (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c RODO in connection with the regulationsgoverning invoicing), including the invoice in the accounting documentation andfulfilling other tax and accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(c) RODO in conjunction with theprovisions governing tax and accounting obligations) and for archiving purposes for thepossible need to defend, establish or assert claims, as well as to identify a returningcustomer, which constitutes our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
Order data will be processed for the time necessary to process the order and thereafteruntil the expiry of the limitation period for contractual claims. In addition, after theexpiry of this period, the data may still be processed by us for archival purposes for thepossible need to defend, establish or assert claims, as well as to identify a returningcustomer. Please also note that we are obliged to keep accounting records, which maycontain your personal data, for the period required by law.
Complaints and withdrawals – details
If you make a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide the personal datacontained in the content of the complaint or statement of withdrawal, which includesyour name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the dedicated linkincluded in each message sent as part of the newsletter or by simply contacting us.Despite opting out of the newsletter, your data will continue to be stored in ourdatabase for the purpose of identifying the returning subscriber and for the possible defence of claims relating to the sending of the newsletter to you, in particular for thepurpose of demonstrating the fact that you have given your consent to receive thenewsletter and when you withdrew it, which is our legitimate interest referred to inArticle 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

If we issue an invoice to you, it forms part of your accounting records, which will be keptfor the period of time required by law.
